Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

1. GrOh Canada offers customers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all the products that we sell. If you are not 100% happy with your product you are eligible for the refund if your product is  

  • In new condition. "New condition" means that the product is in the same condition as it was received in.
  • Returned in the original packaging (at customer's expense), and
  • Returned with a GrOh Canada issued receipt.

Please Note: if you chose to return products according to the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee the cost of initially shipping the product to you will not be refunded. If a Free Shipping promotion was used at the time of original purchase, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

2. Refunds will only be issued to the original tender. If the item was a gift and the conditions above are all met, then a store credit will be issued. 

Warranty on Damaged or Defective Products

3. Before signing for or receiving your shipment please check the box for any physical damage.If the shipping box is delivered in a damaged state it is important that you

  • Notify the courier/driver at the time of delivery.
  • Call the courier company and file claim accordingly.
  • Notify GrOh Canada immediately with your order number by email at info@grohcanada.com.

 4. GrOh Canada Products

  • GrOh Canada offers a 1 (one) year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase, on GrOh Canada non-branded products (excludes VIPARSPECTRA, MARS HYDRO, VORTEX, GORILLA GROW TENTS). If your product is defective within 1 year from the date of purchase please notify us so we can work with you to either repair, replace or give you a store credit at GrOh Canada’s discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to high moisture levels, water, power surges, improper hanging/mounting, improper use, dust build-up or user modifications.

5. Manufacturer Branded Products

  • If your branded product becomes defective more than 30 days after the date of purchase please contact the manufacturer directly using the following details. Manufacturer returns policies will apply.

Return process and charges – applies to all situation

6. All returns must be called in or emailed in advance. Please call 1-800-670-0735 or email info@grohcanada.ca for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for shipping the product(s) back to us. Any merchandise returned without an RMA or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused.

7. Please provide us with the following information when returning items.

  • Order number
  • Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Name of original purchaser
  • Address 
  • Telephone number

 

8. You will be responsible for paying the shipping, handling and insurance costs for returning all products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially if you are shipping an item over $75.

9. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  •  30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
    • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed (less the initial shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If after this time you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@grohcanada.com.
    • If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email with an explanation and next steps.
  • Warranty on Damaged or Defective GrOh Canada products
    • We will contact you by email with next steps to repair, replace or give you a store credit at GrOh Canada’s discretion.  

10. Please allow 1-2 week turnaround time for your return to be processed.

11. Returns are not accepted on products that have been altered.

12. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.

13. The item must be shipped back with care as not to be received damaged.

14. Due to the nature of some products we are unable to accept returns for them.

15. After 30 days, refunds and/or store credits will no longer be issued.
