At GrOh Canada our love of growing drives what we do, and who we are. Every day.

Our team is experienced in all aspects of growing from growing in hot houses in Ontario, to planting trees in Alberta, picking fruit in the Okanagan Valley, and simply growing all kinds of veggies and herbs in our homes. We know what it takes to get great yields and we want to share what we have learned over the years. We could give you lots more examples of why we are good growers but that’s not the reason that either of us are here.  

Enough about us – let’s talk about why you are here.

Maybe you are considering growing your own plants to save money, or so that you can control how your plants are cared for. Or maybe you have already decided to grow indoors and just need some advice on what equipment to use, and how to ensure your plants are happy. Or maybe you are just looking for new ways to enjoy your plants. 

The most important thing you will get from us is information – complete and easy to understand grow solutions.  

• Before you start we will help you to understand the growing experience so that you have realistic expectations of the costs, benefits and time required to grow. Did you know that if done correctly you can grow for 10% of the cost of buying?
• Product information, discussions and recommendations. We don’t have a big inventory of products because we only carry the products that we use ourselves.  
• Our grow kits include high quality compatible products based on years of grow testing and tinkering. Grow kits are perfect for those of you that can’t wait to get started (or that just don’t want to overthink it).
• Step-by-step directions and support throughout the growing process (setup, growing, harvesting and drying) so you can be confident in your yield. Growing is a recipe – it doesn’t have to be difficult.
• Suggestions on how to get the most from your plants.

Growing is good for your mind, body and, soul... and it's just plain fun!  Nothing would mean more to our team than if you shared your growing experience with us, even if you don’t need any of our products.
